From the first phone call to the purchase and delivery an exceptional buying experience, Neil was easy to deal with, no pressure to buy, the bike was exceptional and at a very good price. Will be returning for my next bike but not for a few years, the bike is that good. Also replaced a brake lever, serviced the bike and put 12 months MoT on it. Great experience all round.
