I bought a new MT09 from Mototechniks yesterday, I cant rate them highly enough.

Sally helped me work out exactly what sort of bike was right for me, and made the whole process easy and fun.

Took my bike here for 2 new tires and an MOT last Saturday. Prices were ultra competitive and the friendly and professional service was second to none. Well done to Simon and his team. I live in Bury St Edmunds and we don’t have a dealer nearby who can compete with these guys – I’d recommend them to anyone.

A time-sensitive recall on a motorcycle meant that I was placed in the care of Mototechniks, and was looked after from collection to delivery. The staff are welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. The entire process was exceptional.

The store itself is well laid out, features a very well stocked accessories department upstairs, and the workshop is behind glass. Nothing to hide here.

Always used their shop for my biking gear, great service. I recently bought my first Yamaha R6 from them. An amazing customer service and a workshop that is immaculate. An excellent choice of brand new bikes. I knew I wanted a new Sportsbike and I wanted to buy from somewhere that would provide good customer care. An excellent team at this dealership.

Purchased a tracer 900 GT today.
I had a drama sorting finance due to previous addresses etc. Sally worked tirelessly with the finance companies until it was sorted and thanks to her, I now have a new bike.

Best customer service experience ever. Help get the best product possible with the best deal. Months after getting my bike I was also involved in an accident about 30 minutes away from the shop. They drove down in a van and picked up the remains of my bike while making certain I was alright. Won’t find a better dealer.

Such a great place I actually take the time to travel further than my local motorcycle store because of how amazing the staff are here. Always extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful and cannot thank them enough for sorting me out with my first big bike 🙂
